Design Management and Consultation Service.
The client can select a bespoke item seen in the Bespoke CD catalogue. (A CD can be obtained upon request). Prices for such items will be quoted upon request.
EA can also design, produce and manage product creation, product sourcing and manufacturing. If necessary, EA can source and manage external specialist designers for your project.
The costs associated for this service are seen below. Please be aware that these costs do not include Expenses (such as Prototype creation, travel and modelling etc). Expenses will be additionally charged.
You will be kept fully informed of all expected timescales and deliverables throughout the project cycle.

Communication
EA's policy is good communication = less errors. All correspondence must be checked, verified and acknowledged upon receipt.
A Client relationship cannot be established until the Agreement Form has been signed and kept in hardcopy by both parties.
Modelling
This stage is not always necessary for smaller items. However a scale model may need to be made for a clearer understanding of the design. This improves communication and expectations on both sides.
Prototype
Constructing prototypes is an expensive and time consuming process and will be charged accordingly.
However this can be an important stage, as it shows all parties involved of 'what' and 'how' future units are made. It is only after a prototype being made can true costs for a production run be established.
Quotation
A formal Quotation can then be provided from the prototype.
Product Management
Upon request, EA will initiate a production run. EA will source and manage a product manufacturer.
Production will commence once all the standard procedures stated above have been undertaken. The Client is required to acknowledge and accept the quotation with a signature.
The Client is then obligated to honour the order in its entirety. At this stage, any cancellation cannot be accepted and EA will require payment in full. |
