 Orders
Products are sold in Sets of 5 Units or Sets of 10 Units.
The person responsible for placing the order must have the necessary authority within their firm, to place orders.
Delivery costs are charged according to size and weight. Therefore a second invoice may be issued before dispatch, (once weight has been established after packaging).
Payments
Payments must be made in British sterling. You can make payment by sending a cheque, made payable to Eating Art.
Food & Drink Display Products:
Full payment must be received before an order can be processed.
The 'Any-Place Work Case':
Full payment or a deposit must be received before an order can be processed.
Cancellations / Refunds
All cancellations must be within 24 hours of payment. Cancellations must be made firstly via telephone, and then in writing (via email, fax or letter).
If EA should be responsible for any damage for any goods in transit, items will be replaced immediately. However, should damage occur in transportation by a courier company, the purchaser and seller are required to assist each other in pursuit of any claims against carriers, within 4 working days of occurrence.
